The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience working with babies, a deep understanding of baby care practices, and a nurturing attitude. A valid Quebec driver’s license and access to a vehicle are preferred, as is bilingualism in both French and English. CPR and First Aid certification is also preferred. The role requires patience, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to safely lift and care for infants

NLC Baby seeks a reliable and proactive Parent Coach who is passionate about working with families. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of professional childcare and family support worker experience, outstanding references, and a strong dedication to providing excellent care. In this role, you will support new parents by offering expert guidance and practical advice to help them navigate the early days with their newborn. Applicants must be proficient in English, and French, have a clean criminal record and driving record, and be willing to commit to a family for at least a year. A professional online presence, and legal work status in Canada are also required.
